Okay, so first off I couldn't log-on via the main page. i had to go onto the forums and log-on via there. If I try to log-on via the main page, I get an invalid token message.

Then this weirdness occurs.

The main page is showing my profile now, but there's something odd going on with log-ons.

I had the same about an hour ago Iggy but I couldn't log on anywhere (main page or forum).

I was also getting the invalid token message.

matt and I have spotted that s few zbirs are created during the sites operation and like their counterparts penchance for brains these zombies devour memory. we have some basic plans to defend against this and some more major configuration amendments for the coming weeks the core difference in all this moderation is , I return matts calls and I try to you know what's going on. for too long your previous hosting companies would treat this community like
mushrooms. ( locked in the dark and fed shit ) hopefully we can shine some light on the issues as it goes. in this instance matt has already implemented some advice from the joomla community for tweaking the site which should not have interrupted your experience but clearly it did, I'm sorry for that and owe you all

This one was actually my fault. I employed a tweak on the login module which, on balance, likely would have made no difference to the site load but which clearly had some negative impact instead. I have un-tweaked it.

Testing something weird

A

Can you guess what it is?

A

Seems to have gone...

A

For a while, everytime I pressed shift+a on this website, a script was firing which would slow everything down. Gonna have to test some more stuff, not sure if there's anything to be concerned about yet.

I've just had the Invalid Token message pop up when tried to log on. Refreshed the page and it logged me on OK.

That's probably related to the stuff LMM has been doing. No idea why it would respond specifically to shift+a, seems to be gone now (though the site is slow). The shift+a may have been related to the computer I was using, though it only seemed to take effect on GPO.

The shift+a thing might be related to a different site I had open in a different tab, but the effect is more noticeable on here.
